Over het evenement
After the holidays, we’ll take time to get quiet with ourselves and nourish our body, mind and soul. In this retreat we make the transition into the new year from a place of intention and deep inner connection.
We'll reflect on that which was grown in the past year, and look forward to create consciously in the upcoming cycle. With yoga classes, meditation, chanting, workshops and a ceremony at New Year’s Eve we'll celebrate the start of 2020 from our powerful Heart center home!
